Dyeing & Finishing has established a synergistic approach between its customers and vice versa. Greige fabrics are sent by the fabric manufacturer to our factory to be dyed and finished according to their customer requirements. In turn, these customers have become our fabric supplier as well.

The company currently has 160 workforce operating 2 shifts in 24 hours operations. The manufacturing plant produces about 5000 tonnes of fabric per annum using state-of-the-art dyeing and setting machines.

THE LABORATORY

The lab pride itself of owning one of the latest computerized colour matching equipment to match the ever high demanding customer requirement.

DYEING PROCESS

Fabrics are dyed to the colors using high quality dyestuffs and chemicals according to the customer needs. Our dyeing machines
can support fabric quantity of up to 2000 kg per lot, thereby minimizing batch to batch difference.

FINISHING PROCESS

Dyed fabrics are dried using water extractor before being heat set in order to stabilize the molecular structure of the yarn and fabric. Our setting machines has the capability to set the fabric from 13 inches to a maximum of 84 inches.

COMPACTING

The compacting process will improve the fabric dimentional stability mechanically and not through chemical process. Mechanical process will ensure that the fabric will pass the strictest test on the formaldehyde content or any banned chemicals. Compacting will also give an exceptional soft and natural handfeeling.

QC INSPECTION

All of our fabrics that undergone stenter finishing are 100% QC checked before packaging and delivery to customers
